Trader’s Way is scheduled to open September 15th and is now leasing for move-ins beginning September 15th and continuing through 2026. As construction continues, new progress photos have been added to select unit listings, offering future residents a closer look at the apartment interiors, finishes, and layouts currently taking shape.

The newly added construction photos give future residents an early look at select apartment homes before the community officially opens. While these images reflect active construction, they help show the design details and finishes coming together throughout the building.

Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans are available, with select layouts offering features such as private balconies or patios, walk-in closets, office nooks, kitchen islands, and built-in storage.
