Marshall Apartments Janesville, Wisconsin 608-741-6400 The Marshall Apartments in Janesville, Wisconsin was Stone House's second redevelopment project. This project involved the adaptive reuse of the historic Janesville High School. The property was given the 1999 Best Private Development Award by the Wisconsin Downtown Action Council.
