Stone House Development is currently the property manager and Section 42 compliance specialist for 23 apartment
projects located in Wisconsin. Of the 23 properties, 7 are historic renovations containing mixed income housing. The other properties are new construction either 100% affordable or mixed properties. The Stone House
accounting staff also performs management accounting services for 4 properties not managed by
Stone House.
